Humble Beginnings.

Over 40 years ago, Kenny and Donna Hayes founded Top Coat Fabrication. Our family business was built on the principles of teamwork and the foundation of a strong work ethic.


In the beginning, we were driven solely by the Oil & Gas Industry. Faced with uncertainty, we diversified to include the Petrochemical Industry which opened an entirely new vertical that helped us expand our geographical reach. With this growth came new challenges. We've never wanted to grow just for the sake of growing. Instead, we continuously evaluate our customers, culture, and values to ensure we continue executing what's important: doing the right thing and treating people well.
